Your actual logo, approved product imagery and brand guidelines anchor the creative. We confirm where generated visuals fit the brief, and check the finished edit for unwanted distortions or inaccurate claims.

A few things before the opening scene
Do I need to supply footage?
Not always. Your website, logo, approved product images and a clear brief can be enough for some concepts. Exact product demonstrations or real customer stories may require genuine footage or a different production approach.
Can you recreate my product exactly?
We review this before quoting. Generated footage can alter details, so exact packaging, logos and product behavior may need original photography, compositing or specialist animation.
What counts as a revision?
Consolidated changes to the approved concept, such as pacing, captions, music or selected shots. A new script, concept or visual direction after approval is additional work and is quoted before proceeding.
Can I use the video in advertising?
Tell us the intended use before production so asset and tool licensing can be checked. You need permission to supply logos, photos, voices and likenesses. Synthetic presenters must not be presented as real customer testimonials or endorsements.
How long does production take?
Delivery depends on complexity, approvals and the number of videos. We confirm a schedule after reviewing the brief rather than promising an automatic turnaround for every project.
Will a video guarantee sales?
No. Creative is one part of performance, alongside your offer, audience, landing page and campaign setup. We create for an agreed goal, without guaranteeing conversion rates or sales.
