Is advertising spend included?
No. The monthly price covers our services. You pay Meta directly for ad spend, with budgets agreed before launch.
What do you need from me?
Your goals, brand guidelines, approved offers, account access and relevant photos or footage. Content and campaign approvals are part of the workflow. Never send passwords through the inquiry form.
Do you handle messages and comments?
Ongoing community management, direct messages and customer support are scoped separately. We agree on response volume, hours and escalation responsibilities before adding them.
Can I request another platform or a different package?
Yes. Additional platforms, campaign volume and specialist creative work receive a tailored scope and quote. Billing, start dates and any minimum term are confirmed in your proposal.
